Return & Exchange Policy

Return Shipment Window

  • Orders delivered within Vietnam may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unworn, unused, unaltered) with all original tags attached (if applicable).
  • Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of delivery, and approved returns must be received within 7 days after return approval (or by the deadline stated in your confirmation email).
  • Return requests made outside the 15-day window from the delivery date will not be accepted.

How to Request a Return Online

  • Please reach out to us at hello@viviere.vn and provide your order number and reason for return. We may request photos to confirm item condition prior to approval.
  • Returns and exchanges are available for full-price purchases only.
  • We only accept returns and exchanges for orders delivered within Vietnam.
  • International orders are Final Sale and may not be returned or exchanged. For international shipments, VIVIÈRE is not responsible for packages lost in transit once handed to the carrier.

Items Cannot Be Refunded or Exchanged

  • Sale items (including items purchased during promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise).
  • International orders (outside Vietnam), which are Final Sale.

You will be refunded to your original form of payment after we receive and inspect your returned items.

Please note: return shipping costs are paid by the customer and are not refundable, unless the item is defective or incorrect due to our error. In defect/incorrect-item cases, we will provide instructions and support for return shipping.

You may choose to use our return shipping label (if available). A 30.000 VND handling/restocking fee will be applied and deducted from your refund once the return is received and inspected. If a return is approved due to a defect or an incorrect item shipped by us, this fee will be waived.

Please allow 5–7 business days for your return to be inspected and your refund or exchange to be processed after it is delivered back to us.

Exchange Policy

  • To initiate the exchange process, please contact us at hello@viviere.vn within 15 days of your package delivery date. Please include your order number, the item you’d like to exchange, and the reason for exchange. To provide a smoother exchange experience, we will reserve your replacement item for up to 72 hours (subject to availability) once we confirm your request. We will then guide you through returning the original item.
  • Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will ship your replacement item. A 30.000 VND handling/restocking fee will apply and will be collected during the exchange process (either added to any price difference or requested separately).
  • If there is a price difference between the original item and the replacement item, you may be asked to pay the difference, or we will refund the difference accordingly.
  • Please note, return shipping charges are not refunded unless there is a defect in the merchandise. If your return does not meet our policy conditions, the item will either be sent back to you or disposed of.
